New Business Sales Executive
Location: Hybrid - Wimbledon, London
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 D.O.E + Commission
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The role:
Our client is seeking a confident sales person to help grow business inventory through the development of new business relationships. You will be targeting areas where our client has a presence, utilizing all sources to maximize opportunities for the growth of the business portfolio.
Main responsibilities / duties:
- Research and identify lead opportunities for prospecting new business within your territory.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key contacts to understand and act on their needs while securing new business.
- Schedule appointments, initial consultations, and lead meetings with clients.
- Attend open days and familiarization trips to increase awareness and remain relevant.
- Network at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Carry out check-ins and viewings when required.
- Assist in the resolution of any complaints received when necessary.
- Produce monthly sales reports and achieve monthly KPIs.
- Remain adaptable in the role, picking up any ad hoc duties that may be required when business priorities change.
Key skills / requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills, strengthening relationships with prospect account contacts.
- Proactive sales approach, preempting objections and overcoming them.
- Self-motivated, go-getter who can manage their own pipeline and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel at building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
