Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 6.00pm

Compulsory Alternate Saturdays - 9.00am - 4.30pm

Exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning company! Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy Personal Lines Insurance team. This is a hybrid role with one week in every three working in our office.

You will be responsible for dealing with incoming new sales enquiries as well as existing renewal customers ensuring a high level of customer care and achieving maximum sales results.

There will be ongoing training and many opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 12 months Insurance experience.
  • Friendly, sales-oriented outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ambitious, confident and self-motivated.
  • CII Qualification(s) is desirable for role or have a willingness to work towards attaining this qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers looking for Motor & Home Insurance.
  • Identify customers' needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities.
  • Work within FCA rules.
  • Helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries.
  • You will be liaising with Insurance companies when necessary.
