HR Duo is a Comprehensive HR Technology solution for growing businesses that drives operational excellence, offering a Workforce Management, HR, On-Demand Pay, Payroll, Performance Management and ATS Technology stack. We are in the process of building a strong UK sales team to help acquire new customers and expand our market position.

We are looking for someone whose ambition aligns with ours and who is ready to help develop our sales function, contributing to the shaping of the future and benefiting from the growth that ensues. This role presents a significant opportunity for you to join a well-funded, high-potential scale-up business.

You are likely to have experience in selling Saas technology, a history of bringing in new business, and exceeding sales quotas. You are also expected to enjoy the thrill of the hunt from outbound prospecting and high activity metrics.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities over the phone and web yourself weekly, supported by an internal SDR and Marketing Activities.

  • Skilfully deliver presentations and demonstrations using sales best practices both in person and virtually.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, emphasising long-term client relationships and high-value deals.

  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including operations, HR, finance, and senior management, to understand their needs and customise solutions accordingly.

  • Discuss commercials and negotiate with C-suite and director-level decision-makers.

  • Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales quota.

  • Utilising social media channels, technology platforms and other means to generate new business meetings.

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM software to ensure efficient tracking and reporting of sales progress.

  • Attending networking events to identify and connect with potential new members.


Key Skills and Competencies:
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.

  • A strong track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B SaaS.

  • Experience in selling concepts/ intangible products would be an advantage.

  • Numbers-driven and committed to over-achieving targets consistently.

  • Good organisational and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.

  • Strong commercial focus.

  • Experience in value-based sales, comfortable using an ROI approach to negotiation

  • Experience in the SME market in Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Retail or Care would be an advantage.

  • Previously demonstrated high activity levels, persistence, tenacity, and strong commercial acumen.
