New Homes Sales Executive - Grimsby
We are looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a thriving development in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to be part of a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers through the new home purchase process, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach.
- Conduct viewings, present show homes, and provide expert advice on available properties.
- Keep accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in new home sales or a property-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
