- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and explain products or services to customers.
- Schedule deliveries and follow up on after-sales care.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, keeping them informed about market changes.
- Update customer records using our in-house CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
- A background in lubricants / oils is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills via email and over the phone.
- Familiarity with MS Office packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily.
