About the role:

In the past 18 months, we have experienced considerable growth and opportunity. As we continue to develop and invest in our strategic growth plans (online/offline), we are looking for an experienced, passionate and dynamic Sales Leader to join the team.

We are looking to hire someone with a strong hunter-type mentality who can create a record of opening doors with major retailers (and all sizes), as well as distributors across EMEA, US, CASA and APAC.

Responsibilities:
  • Wholesale: Build out the UK wholesale strategy and execute it, outbounding to different retailers.
  • New Business: Build a portfolio of key retailers globally, spread across all retail channels. Execute pitches and develop research projects with a focus on identifying scalable opportunities globally.
  • Negotiation: Execute contract negotiations for accounts and appropriately inform all key stakeholders (global, EMEA and local).
  • Laser Focused Hunt: Team up with marketing director to create a list of selected distributors and partnerships to target and team up with.
  • P&L Driver/Growth: Own, build and manage the P&L of function and drive domestic/global partnerships using data to determine strategy and building teams that support the launch.
  • Demand Sensors: Collaborate with our product and logistics to identify catalogue gaps. Team up to design, source and deliver new products identified from demands.
  • Pipeline: Develop and manage sales pipeline. Prospect and assess new sales potential while moving multiple deals through the sales pipeline through to close.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Over two years of experience as an account manager role.
  • Financial acumen: Confident with financial models including managing budgets, negotiating and analysing data.
  • Collaborator: Strong collaborator who relates well to people at all levels, creating win-win partnerships.
  • Location: Must be happy to work in our Oxford Street, London office two to three days a week.
