We're London's largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. We're a relatively new company to the market, but since establishment:

  1. We're the only broadband provider on the market offering residential speeds up to 3,000 Mbps.
  2. Our network covers over 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK's capital city.
  3. We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London's biggest landlords.
  4. We have freely connected over 600 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

Job purpose:

Working as a member of our Sales team means becoming one of the faces of Community Fibre, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both internal and external Sales Managers, as well as be part of a diverse and highly efficient team.

This role will support the Sales Director, Internal Sales Managers, and 3 rd party agencies.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal.

What you'll be doing:

  • Day to day management of the Sales queries
  • Sales Commission management
  • Weekly reporting on sales performance
  • Key contact for 3rd party agencies
  • Performance management of existing KPI's
  • Build a reporting suite to help in decision making
  • Effectively identifying issues with current processes to streamline and enhance
  • Effective database management
  • Liaising with Sales Managers daily
  • Supporting Sales Managers with team management

The experience we're looking for you to bring:

  • A passion for technology

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and a high level of organisation
  • Must be data centric, comfortable and inquisitive to use numbers to improve and drive the right conversations
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse sales metrics and develop strategies and sales forecasting.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, sales techniques and strategies
  • Relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
