The Role
As a Salesforce Application Manager, you will:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications across the business
- Lead declarative programming efforts using Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools
- Work with Apex when required to support complex business needs
- Act as a business consultant, managing stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Be part of a global team, contributing to projects with international impact
- Shape future Salesforce implementations, including Commerce Cloud
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a technical consulting or application management role
- Strong declarative programming skills (Flow, Process Builder, automation tools)
- Comfortable with Apex development when needed
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Pardot, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams
- Fluent in English (no other languages required)
- Based in Belgium, with 2 days per week in the office
