This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *integrating Salesforce with other platforms, optimizing automation, managing data, and ensuring system improvements*.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. This role involves integrating Salesforce with other platforms, optimizing automation, managing data, and ensuring system improvements. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential to align CRM capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft, and Middleware.

  • Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity.

  • Perform system administration tasks, troubleshoot automation errors, and oversee release updates.

  • Conduct training and workshops for stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.

  • Experience with third-party integrations, data migration, and governance best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of agile methodologies.

  • Salesforce certifications (eg, Platform Developer I, Administrator) are a plus.
