Salesforce Solution Architect

Investigo are currently supporting a major European enterprise in implementing Salesforce, and we are actively seeking a skilled Solution Architect on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital architecture planning, design, and governance for the European B2B sales and service business field.
• Ensure the localized CRM system meets business requirements and operational needs.
• Oversee the integration architecture and docking scheme of the CRM system with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring rational and effective architecture implementation and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation. Salesforce certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in international enterprise process management, with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including familiarity with LTC and ITR.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, enabling effective communication with local European business and R&D teams.
• Preference for candidates with a background in multinational enterprises within Europe.
