Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement customised Salesforce technical solutions to meet business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide technical expertise.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
4. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure quality deliverables.

Skills

1. Proven experience working in a Salesforce Technical Lead position with hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2. Successfully provide technical solution designs that fit the needs of the customer's Salesforce requirements.
3. Proficient communication and problem-solving skills.
4. The ability to take accountability for own technical workload and clients.

Experience Requirements

Must have a solid background working at a Salesforce partner.
