ResponsibilitiesAs the Salesforce Technical Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships to advance our client's objectives and to be a trusted advisor. You'll be responsible for pre-sales duties to help with bid responses.
You'll also assist with coaching colleagues to build the broader consulting capability.
SkillsAs the Salesforce Technical Consultant Manager, you must have the following skills:
- A Subject Matter Expert on the Salesforce platform (core Clouds)
- Presentation skills
- A 'can do' attitude
- Fantastic stakeholder relationship building skills
- Strength in Business Analysis and creating user stories
- Hands-on configuration and an understanding of 'low coding' on the Salesforce platform
Consulting experience is advantageous, but not essential.
