Job Description
Play a key role in maintaining and optimizing quality and security management systems for a renowned organization with an international footprint.
A leading company in compliance and quality management is seeking a Quality & Security Officer to drive its commitment to excellence. This opportunity offers a stimulating environment where precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
As a Quality & Security Officer, you will manage and maintain the organization's quality (QMS) and information security (ISMS) management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. You'll support continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and security within the company.

Key responsibilities
  • Promote quality and information security policies, raising awareness and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the documentation of QMS and ISMS, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop and manage a multi-year internal audit plan to verify compliance, application of documented procedures, and the effectiveness of processes.
  • Monitor performance indicators, risk treatment plans, and customer feedback to ensure ongoing system efficiency.
  • Prepare and present management reviews, providing insights on objectives, audits, incidents, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the organization during external audits related to quality and security management systems.
  • Organize and lead training sessions to inform and engage staff on quality and security practices.

Your profile
  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in managing QMS and ISMS, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Skills:
    • Auditing experience in quality and security management systems.
    • Strong understanding of IT and security principles.
    • Proficient in documentation and reporting (e.g., policies, audit reports, meeting minutes).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (C1) and one additional language (French or Dutch at B2).
  • Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Diplomatic, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
