Role
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (systems and networks), ensuring efficiency and security
- Participate in exciting IT projects such as server migrations, network infrastructure deployments, and cloud integrations
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Guarantee high IT security standards (Firewalls, backups, access management)
- Oversee virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of IT processes
- Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring clear communication within the team
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong expertise in system and network administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
- Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in French, with a good command of English (written and spoken)
