Provide first-line support to SAP B1 users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and enhance system performance.
Manage SQL queries and support database operations.
Maintain and optimize SAP HANA environments.
Design and customize reports using Crystal Reports.
Experience in SAP B1 support (first-line troubleshooting).
Previous work with an SAP B1 Partner is a must.
Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases.
Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, Boyum B1UP, and Print & Delivery.
BPA knowledge is essential, and familiarity with Sharperlight is a plus.
Experience with Produmex WMS and Scan is highly desirable.
Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK.
