SAP DMS Consultant

Conexus are partnered with a global consulting firm, that are rapidly expanding their SAP capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for a SAP DMS Consultant, to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

Please note, we can only consider EU passport holders at this time.

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP archiving projects - from strategy through to implementation

• Help build expertise and set best practices around SAP archiving (documents + data)

• Engage directly with clients on workshops, pre-sales, and proposal development

• Take full ownership of archiving as a capability within a growing team

• Work with the latest platforms (OpenText, Documentum) and explore next-gen solutions like SAP ILM

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years' experience in SAP archiving using ArchiveLink, SAP DMS, GOS
• Strong technical knowledge of archiving platforms like OpenText or Documentum
• Hands-on experience managing full implementation life cycles
• Exposure to S/4HANA projects is a big plus - even better if you've worked with SAP ILM
• A Bachelor's or Master's in IT (or equivalent experience)
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset - you're proactive, hands-on, and collaborative
• Strong communicator, fluent in English - Dutch/French is a bonus
• Open EU work permit and willing to travel for short international engagements
