Job Details:

• Position: SAP FICO IT Business Analyst
• Location: Belgium
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Language Requirement: English (Dutch is a plus)
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, driving process standardization and improvement.
• Configure, develop, and implement SAP functionalities while ensuring seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to address operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Support SAP users by addressing issues, providing training, and documenting processes.
• Participate in SAP rollout projects, including testing and configuration.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst (flexible to 4-5 years for the right candidate).
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules (ECC 6.0).
• Experience with integration between FICO and SD (MM is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a global project perspective.
