Your Role:
As a SAP HR Luxembourg Payroll Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll processes are efficient and compliant. Your expertise will help our clients navigate the complexities of payroll in Luxembourg, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements
Configure and optimise SAP HR modules to meet specific payroll needs
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Provide training and support to clients on SAP HR functionalies
Troubleshoot payroll issues and implement effective solutions
Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and SAP updates
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a SAP HR Payroll Consultant, preferably in Luxembourg
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation in Luxembourg
Proficiency in SAP HR modules, with a focus on payroll
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
Fluent French Speakers
