Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDG Consultant to lead and execute our SAP MDG implementation project independently. The consultant will be responsible for customizing SAP MDG, optimizing process flows, and migrating existing master data records. As the sole SAP MDG expert on the project, the candidate must be confident in their ability to drive the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the SAP MDG implementation project independently.
• Customize SAP MDG to meet business requirements.
• Design and optimize process flows to align with business objectives.
• Migrate existing master data records with minimal cleaning or adaptation required.
• Collaborate with in-house developers who will handle development-related tasks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with company needs.
• Provide expert-level guidance on best practices in SAP MDG.
• Document configurations, processes, and methodologies for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior SAP MDG Consultant, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), including customization and process flow optimization.
• Experience with master data migration projects.
• Ability to work independently without an existing SAP MDG team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex data governance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules related to MDG.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other ERP systems.
