SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

RED Global is currently recruiting for an SAP PM Consultant for our client, a global organisation who undertaking a large complex transformation program. They are looking to bring on board an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Lead Consultant with extensive experience of SAP PM configuration, implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• will join the company as an SAP PM Lead Consultant to drive excellence in enterprise asset management for their clients.
• for SAP PM Configuration - configure and customize PM to align with maintenance processes and business requirements.
• with QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service and CRM.
• and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
• to maintain accurate master data, equipment records and maintenance task lists within SAP PM.
• training and support - ensure that junior members of staff can effectively use SAP PM for their daily maintenance activities.
• verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

• Years of SAP project experiences.
• experience in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM.
• problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions.
• with Data Management; master data and maintenance task lists within SAP PM.
• native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
