Job Description

SAP Portfolio Lead

+ 6 month initial contract

+ Fully remote contract

+ £750 to £875 per day

+ Inside IR35

+ SC Cleared role

Key Skills:

  • Current & Transferable SC Clearance
  • Demonstrable experience in future Direction & exploitation of SAP
  • Ability to hold DV Clearance

The Role:

  1. Improving clients working relationships with IT and the Business
  2. SPOC for the Client for anything SAP related
  3. Having an overarching view of the future direction, roadmap and exploitation of SAP as the Client's asset, to enable IT to demonstrate the value of SAP to the business
  4. Managing the incoming pipeline of work to enable a smooth flow of prioritised business objectives to be achieved
  5. Work with Client stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements turning opportunities into deliverable statements of work
  6. Overall management and control of SAP projects identified within the agreed SAP portfolio where responsibility for delivery is assigned
  7. Own all aspects of delivery, including budget, quality, customer satisfaction and solution assurance
  8. Ensure related resource planning, deliverables and team expectations are appropriately managed
  9. Work extensively with teams and 3rd parties where necessary in multiple locations to ensure successful delivery

Additional Key Skills:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in project/programme management and delivery is essential.
  • Experience of project and finance reporting tool
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams to think clearly and present ideas and plans in a concise and effective manner.
  • Experience of working and leading project teams including third party vendors, Business Analysts, Test team, SMEs.
  • Experience of effectively managing 3rd party vendors is essential.
  • SAP Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is essential.
