Job Description
SAP VIM Project Manager - Hybrid Freelance Contract, Sweden
RED Global is seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to support a global S/4HANA roll-out.
Project Details:
Start Date: April 2025
Duration: Initial 1-year contract with renewal options
Workload: Full-time (5 days per week)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Language: English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the realisation and cutover phases of the VIM implementation
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, and data governance teams
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the liaison between the implementation partner and business teams for testing, training, and hyper-care
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in VIM and S/4HANA global roll-outs
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, accounting principles, and compliance standards
- Preferably experienced in Transportation Management & Fieldglass
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Familiarity with process automation & optimisation is an advantage
