SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Data Analyst - Inside IR35
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior HRIS Data Analyst to support SuccessFactors HRIS system updates, focusing on compensation data and processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles). You'll manage data governance, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation-related HRIS processes & data (salary reviews, bonus cycles).
- Develop and maintain compensation dashboards & reports (SF People Stories, Power BI).
- Ensure data accuracy & compliance (SOX controls, GDPR).
- Investigate & resolve compensation data issues with root cause analysis.
- Test and implement compensation-related system updates in SuccessFactors.
- Act as first-line support for compensation-related HRIS queries.
- Partner with HR, IT & third-party vendors to resolve system errors.
- Provide training & best practice recommendations for compensation data management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, 5+ years (Compensation Module)
- Proven expertise in compensation data management (salary reviews, bonus cycles)
- Experience with HR system implementation & process automation
- Strong reporting & analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, SF People Stories)
- Ability to troubleshoot & resolve compensation data issues
- Excellent stakeholder management & problem-solving
Desirable:
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- SQL, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, AI tools for data analysis
- Experience with HR reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Tableau)
