About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Treasury Solution Delivery Expert to join a leading global transformation program focused on harmonising Treasury Processes and deploying a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA Treasury System. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project within a dynamic and international environment.

As part of the Treasury Core Model (TCM) Project, you will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of a global Treasury platform. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, treasury, IT, and external consultants, ensuring best-in-class Treasury operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Deployment

  • Lead solution design and fit-gap analysis for Treasury process enhancements and deployment waves.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA Treasury Module implementation and optimise new system capabilities.
  • Contribute to the design of master data management, analytics, authorisations, and UX.
  • Ensure smooth integration with bank connectivity, payroll systems, and financial applications.

• Testing & Implementation

  • Define and execute test strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to validate system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee data cleansing, migration, and cutover activities for successful go-lives.

• Project & Change Management

  • Ensure smooth deployment of Treasury solutions while minimising disruptions to business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on industry best practices.
  • Support training and change management efforts to enhance system adoption.

• Ongoing Support & Evolution

  • Manage SAP Treasury-related incidents and new developments.
  • Collaborate with SAP to implement new features and co-innovation initiatives.
  • Support the transition to Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) after project hypercare.

About You

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, including SAP S/4HANA Treasury Modules (BAM, CM, TRM, IHC, BCM, MBC, BPC)
• Strong understanding of Treasury processes, compliance, and risk management
• Experience with SAP SPRO configuration and ABAP developments
• Proven track record of leading SAP Treasury projects in multinational environments
• Project management experience (Certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of bank connectivity, payment management, and financial data migration
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
