Job Title: ServiceNow SME - SC Cleared
Location: London Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: Up to 500 per day Inside IR35
Security Clearance: SC Clearance Essential

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to play a key role in enhancing the Service Performance Framework, a critical reporting product in ServiceNow that provides a unified view of service performance across 100 plus Public Sector services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with BAs and business stakeholders to capture and deliver enhancements
• Implement new mappings, measures, and metrics within ServiceNow
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide service insights
• Perform maintenance and performance optimisation of the framework
• Conduct ad hoc data extractions, analysis, and analytics tasks
• Collaborate with the Cross Product Analytics team on best practices
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, ideally with certifications in
  • ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • ServiceNow UI Builder
  • ServiceNow CMDB Modelling including service relationship analysis
• Experience ingesting external data via APIs such as AWS S3 and Dynatrace desirable but not essential
• Strong analytical skills, a STEM or numerical statistical background is preferred
• Active SC Clearance
