Freelance Scrum Master

We are looking for a scrum master to start mid March for at least 3 months, with possible extensions.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for implementing the scrum way of working
• manage multiple squad teams
• coordinate and develop the agile mindset
• you are the link between product owners, project managers and scrum teams

Experience & Competences:

• senior in scrum and agile working
• experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce
• flexible mindset
• proactive
• stress-resistant, able to cope with multiple projects
• Dutch / French / English

Education:

Bachelor or Master

Offer:

• Temporary assignment of at least 3 months with probably extensions.
• Possibility to work remote for at least 3 days as week
