About the Role
As CreativeX's latest Sales Development Manager, you'll coach and lead a high-performing team that focuses on targeting and creatively prospecting into our ideal customer profile. Using your operational rigor, emphasis on data-driven decision-making, and frontline leadership, you'll empower your team to become masters of their prospecting craft. You'll build upon the winning, collaborative team culture and continue their record-breaking recent performance. At its core, this role will implement a creative Outbound strategy based on an Account Based Marketing approach to build a robust pipeline. You'll drive success through cross-functional initiatives while optimizing the playbook that takes our SDR Team to the next level!
What you will do:
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Reps
- Build & iterate on a data-driven strategy
- Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Regularly report on both Team and Individual Results
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and New Business Sales on key initiatives
Who you are:
- Data-driven and passionate about the power of data and insights.
- Highly numerate and data literate.
- Resourceful, hard-working, and possessing a solutions-oriented mindset you work through ambiguity to solve problems proactively.
- You are within a commutable distance from the Greater London area and willing to be in the office several times a week to facilitate coaching and develop team culture.
- 2+ years in Software sales as an IC & Manager.
- Experience building and scaling a team from the ground up.
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor.
- Proven track record of success in an SDR Manager role.
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development metrics.
