We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing EMEA Sales team. This full-time hybrid UK-based position is an individual contributor role on the direct sales team and is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding our annual revenue and booking quota for the assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing sales opportunities through prospecting, marketing and applying a partner ecosystem to acquire new business for Velocity Global. The individuals interested in this role must demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to navigate the requirements of multiple stakeholders across a business. They will relish in the pace of a high growth environment and embrace the opportunity to solve companies' international growth strategies in a truly revolutionary way. Reports to the RVP of EMEA.

You will:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to meet the complex needs of enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive maximum sales impact.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future needs.
  • Ensure alignment with Value Selling.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market share.
You have:
  • 5+ years of enterprise level sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, including cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate large deals with senior-level executives.
  • Have a research and data driven approach to account planning.
  • MEDDPICC and/or Challenger Sale accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of the company's products and services preferred, with the ability to communicate their value and differentiation to customers.
