Job Description

• Monitor and manage rent payments for all properties.
• Ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and follow up with tenants on arrears.
• Maintain accurate records of all rent transactions and communications with tenants.
• Handle rent-related queries from tenants, providing excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the Property Management team to resolve tenant disputes or issues.
• Produce regular reports on rent collection, arrears, and financial performance.
• Liaise with external partners or agencies for debt recovery when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Lead should have:

• Proven experience in a rent collection or property management role is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of rent collection procedures and relevant housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
