Job Description

My client is the premier visual communications expert across the UK & Ireland, they excel in creating vibrant and effective multi-channel marketing solutions for both brands and retailers.

Their unique approach integrates analysis, innovation, production, implementation, and enhancement, ensuring their client's point-of-purchase visual messaging resonates strongly with their target audiences.

They are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Print/POS Senior Account Manager to join their vibrant team in London. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, starting with 4 days per week in the office. As you become more acquainted and integrated within the company, there will be the flexibility to reduce office days.

The role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the team by assisting the Group Account Director in prioritising client needs, fostering relationships with important stakeholders, and comprehending business requirements. Your ability to forge connections with both new and current clients will greatly contribute to business growth. It's important to have a proactive approach as this will prove instrumental in achieving all business objectives for both clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, establishing trust by understanding their requirements and asking the right questions during briefs.
  2. Quickly escalate and notify the GAD of any issues, assisting in their prompt resolution.
  3. Plan and brief projects as requested by clients or the GAD, taking full responsibility for service delivery.
  4. Attend client briefing meetings as needed, providing advice and support.
  5. Suggest ways to improve processes and systems, driving more effective ways of working.
  6. Spend time in stores to evaluate campaign implementation and offer ideas for improvement.
  7. Identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities and report updates to the GAD.
  8. Participate in pre-production meetings for key projects, ensuring relevant personnel are present.
  9. Support clients with post-campaign follow-ups and issue resolution.
  10. Work with the GAD to create necessary reports and forecasts for clients and the business.
Key Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
  1. Extensive experience working with retail clients and a proven track record in print.
  2. Capable of meeting client budgets and exceeding internal sales targets.
  3. Confident in engaging with clients and internal teams.
  4. In-depth understanding of customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a talent for fostering positive client relationships.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to meet client needs.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail.
  7. Demonstrates a consistently positive and proactive attitude.
  8. Adaptable to the ever-changing demands of the business and clients.
