What you'll be doing:

As Noli's Senior Acquisition Lead, you will own and drive user acquisition and maximising ROI across all paid channels and SEO. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies that align with overall business goals. You'll lead the execution, optimisation, and reporting of both paid and organic acquisition channels directly impacting Noli's user growth and revenue targets. You'll also benefit from the resources and mentorship of L'Oréal Group while enjoying the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a fast-growing startup.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies across SEM/PPC (Google Ads, etc.), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and SEO to drive targeted traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve ambitious user growth targets.
  2. Own and drive Campaign performance: Manage and optimise Noli's multi-million paid acquisition budget through paid campaigns across all relevant platforms, including product feed, keyword research, ad creatives, bid management, audience targeting, landing page and user journey optimisation and A/B testing.
  3. SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase website visibility.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all acquisition channels, providing regular data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisation. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards.
  5. Budget Management & ROI Focus: Manage and optimise the allocation of the acquisition budget across different channels, with a laser focus on maximising return on investment (ROI / ROAS) and demonstrating the effectiveness of acquisition initiatives.
  6. Ad Creative: Create high performing assets and results leveraging our creative studio, influencers/UGC that fully understand and get behind our brand and our unique selling point.
  7. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Director, Brand Marketing team, and Product team to ensure alignment on acquisition goals, messaging, and customer experience.
  8. Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance Noli's acquisition strategies. Stay ahead of trends in AI-powered personalization, augmented reality beauty experiences, and other beauty tech innovations.
  9. CRO Collaboration: Work with Product and UX/UI teams, as well as commercial lead, to ensure optimal conversion rates.

What Our Ideal Hire Looks Like:

  1. Location: Must be based in London - Hybrid 3+ days in office.
  2. Experience: Proven track record of success in a similar acquisition-focused role in a B2C startup/scale-up.
  3. Performance Marketing Channels: Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Programs, and SEO. Hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across these channels is essential.
  4. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience using data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  5. SEO Tools: Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
