They are seeking a professional senior administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join a small team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to the success of the team.Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
- Managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Updating systems
- Dealing with the office inbox
- Streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
