We are looking for an experienced Automation professional to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands.

Now, Let's Get Down to Business

The Sr. Analyst - Automation is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced automation across various systems and the development of applications using low-code platforms. This role demands an expert in automation who can leverage platforms such as Microsoft's Power Platform and others to enhance operational efficiencies while managing governance and security. The candidate should have experience in building workflows, RPA bots, and programming. They should possess strong skills in Python, JSON, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of PowerShell and Microsoft O365. Knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP integration are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand business processes and architect automation solutions.
  2. Integrate APIs and build RPA bots.
  3. Maintain governance and security standards.
  4. Assist in building an automation Center of Excellence for Edgewell.
  5. Work closely with business customers to map processes and coordinate technical changes.
  6. Ensure successful implementation and support of automation solutions.

We're looking for an experienced IT professional with experience in building end-to-end automation. While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here's what we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Experience working in information technology with a focus on automation and programming.
  3. Experience building automations using platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
  4. Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into automation solutions.
  5. Proven track record of developing and deploying robotic process automation bots.
  6. Skilled in leveraging the Power Platform to create custom solutions.
  7. Experience establishing and managing a Center of Excellence for automation.
  8. Experience in programming languages and scripting tools such as Python, JSON, C#, and PowerShell.
  9. Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET.
  10. Strong understanding of SharePoint and O365 platform.
  11. Understanding of SAP and experience integrating with SAP.
  12. Strong data analytical and business analysis skills.
  13. Strong background working with SQL databases.
  14. Systems implementation skills including requirements/process analysis and support.
  15. A self-starter with initiative and strong customer/client orientation.
