Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Manage projects efficiently, overseeing timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
• Act as a key client liaison, handling briefs, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Contribute to business development, including attending industry events and pitching to clients.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and contract requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• ARB Registered Architect with substantial UK-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent project management, time management, and client communication skills.
• Retail experience would be essential to thrive in the role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and architectural presentation preparation.
