We are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy based around Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an expanding company, who work across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Conservation and Blue Light.
The Senior Architectural Technologist will primarily be responsible for developing design details for a range of Commercial and Residential projects, as well as working within the Education sector. Some key responsibilities include preparing drawing packages, specifications and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, running and coordinating projects with the wider team, as well as assisting with producing tender packages.
Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview- Use of Revit and AutoCAD software to produce high-quality drawings
- Assist with and coordinate planning applications
- Manage projects
- Liaise with clients, authorities, design team, and manufacturers
- Produce surveys, drawing packages, specifications, and tender packages
- Site inspections / client visits
- Living in or within commutable distance of Nottingham
- Relevant Degree Qualified; CIAT accreditation advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Revit and / or AutoCAD; Essential
- Experience in Job Running
- Exposure to RIBA stages 0-7 ideally
- Experience across various sectors
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
