The Role
  • Advising on all aspects of non-contentious construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation
  • Working with developers, contractors, funders, and occupiers on major projects
  • Supporting large infrastructure, commercial, and residential development schemes
  • Collaborating with a national construction law team, acting for a diverse client base
  • Taking early responsibility for client matters with strong partner support
The Person
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction law
  • Ideally, 5+ years' PQE
  • Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and other industry-standard contracts
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ambitious and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team
