Senior Associate/Associate Director - Strategy & Sales Enablement - AMATS Are you keen to join Aon's highly regarded Strategy & Sales Enablement team (SSET) which forms part of Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) division? Can you bring outstanding project management, organisation and networking skills, underpinned by an understanding of the Mergers and Acquisitions space, to a wide, varied and ever-evolving role? - Building an effective internal network within AMATS and across the wider Aon business to support both the origination and delivery of business revenue opportunities
- Helping to track and analyse sales and relationship activities, including the monitoring and maintenance of current tools and processes
- Proactively identifying market developments and working with solution line leaders to develop - and help deliver - our business strategy in anticipation of market change
- Producing (alongside the wider team and relevant collaborators) sales and presentation content
- Building an external network of clients, advisers and other centres of influence to convey the strength and breadth of AMATS capabilities and drive revenue growth
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Diligent and with a track record of delivering high quality work, thoughtfully structured and presented
- Excellent partner management across all organisational levels and people skills, able to build relationships based on trust and credibility
- Experience of working within M&A and/or broader private capital
- A positive attitude, collaborative approach, team player, creative thinker and pro-active personality
- Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities through effective prioritisation and delegation
