Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Billing Analyst to oversee and coordinate the billing function at one of our boutique, award-winning law firm clients. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective billing, revenue support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor unbilled WIP and identify opportunities to issue invoices.
2. Prepare draft billing narratives and review time entries for legal invoices.
3. Liaise with partners, clients, and PAs to finalise and submit invoices.
4. Perform write-offs, rate changes, and credit notes.
5. Ensure compliance with client fee arrangements and regulatory legislation.
6. Generate billing, debtors, WIP, and cash collections reports.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of law firm billing experience.
2. 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role.
3. Proficiency in Elite 3E and Aderant Expert.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good knowledge of Excel and foreign currency issues.
