Senior Building Control Consultant

A Construction Compliance Consultancy are seeking a competent Building Control Professional, to join their BSA Principal Design team. They have steadily laid the groundwork for BR Principal Design (BR PD) and are searching for ambitious individuals to support their Technical Director and a close-knit team as they grow this department steadily.

The Building Control Consultant Role

You will be responsible for consulting with clients on Building Regulation and BSA matters whilst receiving support from a Technical Director.

The Successful Building Control Consultant Will Have:

1. 3+ years within Building Control (required)
2. Class 2a RBI status (required)
3. Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT (required)
