£475 per day inside ir35 - Umbrella only

Role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a general understanding of AWS and Python. This role requires the ability to effectively engage with senior client stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  3. Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  4. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  6. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  7. Support the implementation of new systems and processes, providing guidance and expertise.
  8. Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  3. General understanding of AWS and Python.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to effectively engage with senior client stakeholders.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  8. Previous public sector experience; previous experience within the health sector is a bonus!
