Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the manufacturing industry who are actively recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst and Designer on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team.

As Senior Business Analyst and Designer you will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and be able to design and implement cross functional solutions.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst and Designer will include:

1. Gather and analyse user requirements, and translate them into detailed project plans
2. Design and implement ERP solutions to enhance efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
4. Evaluate performance of design and implement scalable solutions
5. Lead and mentor junior analysts

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior Business Analyst and Designer will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

1. Proven experience with ERP systems in the manufacturing sector
2. Strong understanding of Waterfall and RUP methodologies
3. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
5. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
6. Be prepared to travel globally
