Job Description

1. Own the P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow for Fleet and Projects.
2. Maintain quality reporting and regular reforecasting.
3. Partner with internal teams to deliver on cost, service, and environmental improvements.
4. Supervise a Finance PQ and support the Finance Manager.
5. Manage Fleet-related financial reporting and risk mitigation (e.g., fuel price changes).
6. Present at monthly OMR review meetings with Sky.
7. Oversee finance for large projects and contract change notes (CCNs).
8. Ensure project processes and governance are adhered to, from budget approvals to BAU handover.

The Successful Applicant

1. Qualified accountant (minimum 2 years of experience).
2. Strong commercial and operational experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Proactive in managing risks and identifying opportunities.
6. Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
7. Experience in the Fleet industry is a plus.
