Your Role will include;
- Mentor and guide Graduate Engineers within the Drilling Department.
- Design cost-effective well intervention and completion plans.
- Prepare cost estimates and programs for interventions, workovers, disinvestment, kill & plug operations, and completion installations.
- Provide support for Drilling Campaigns in Dorset and international operations.
- Hands-on Completions experience
- Strong background in operational & design work
- Expertise in Packer Design & Tubemoves
- Passion for mentorship & knowledge sharing
- Background in Drilling Engineering and operational drilling experience.
- French-speaking is preferred or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
