Job Description

Senior Consultant role at a leading media agency focused on analytics, media effectiveness and MMM projects for clients.

This is a varied role, working across the agency's biggest client. You'll be responsible for a broad range of solutions concentrated around MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) projects, including:

  • Advising clients on the latest tools and innovations within media effectiveness and measurement.
  • Proposing new solutions that complement MMM, including attribution and machine learning.

Salary to £70,000 plus benefits. 3 days per week required in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead groundbreaking projects and manage client relationships.
  • Utilize your extensive expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling to spearhead end-to-end analytical projects, guiding a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Senior Analysts to deliver transformative insights.
  • Translate complex modelling outputs into actionable recommendations that fuel our clients' marketing endeavours, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

  • Drive innovation and excellence in analytics project delivery, managing projects and delivering consultative recommendations that exceed client expectations.
  • Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cementing your reputation as a go-to expert in the field and identifying new avenues for commercial and client growth.

Talent & Culture:

  • Lead by example, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure seamless project delivery and uphold the highest standards of quality.
  • Take on a leadership role in coaching and developing the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Future Growth & Product:

  • Fuel the agency's innovation engine by contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions and analytical approaches, collaborating closely with specialist services and agency teams.
  • Be at the forefront of client-focused innovation, driving the evolution of our product offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of the market.

Skills Required:

  • 4+ years delivering MMM and other marketing analytics projects.
  • Advanced understanding of Bayesian and linear regression approaches. Knowledge of machine learning would be an advantage.
  • Significant experience in data analysis and designing approaches to answer ad-hoc questions.
  • Good stakeholder and team management experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams and projects.
  • Coding skills in either R or Python would be an advantage.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Self-starter, organized, collaborative, entrepreneurial, data curious, commercially savvy, cutting-edge technical thinker.
