The role is to manage and develop a very warm Industrial Temp desk based in Leeds and to grow client relationships to maximise the full profit of the desk. The ability to prioritise workload is essential. This role would suit an experienced Industrial Temp Consultant with excellent knowledge of the area, who can demonstrate a hunger to succeed in a target orientated environment.

- To maximise the profitability of the well established Industrial Temp desk
- Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Win and develop new business by means of sales calls and client visits
- Resource and interview quality candidates
- Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry
- Detailed knowledge of the marketplace
- Sales orientated
- Flexible approach to work
- Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
