The International Content Design team conceptualises designs and creates content experiences for some of the world's most visible media products. Your work will shape how people engage with media, influencing their look, feel, and overall usage by millions globally.

We are seeking a Senior Content Design Producer to join the team. This role is for a communicator and problem solver who thrives in managing multiple projects at once. You will oversee end-to-end design across different media types, screens, formats, and technologies, and collaborate effectively with a variety of teams.

This position requires extensive experience as a Producer or Project Manager, leading content design projects. You will define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, the ability to deliver on time, and a commitment to maintaining the creative vision are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of foreseeing and addressing potential communication, logistical, or scheduling challenges. Prior experience working in international environments with geographically distributed teams is a plus.

Our content spans design, photography, motion, typography, and illustration, so familiarity with best practices across these mediums is key.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience in creative production, particularly in design, illustration, and motion projects within design agencies or in-house teams.
• Proven experience working with top-tier creative teams, managing processes, and scaling systems.
• Ability to understand technical complexity and communicate key information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with international brands or agencies, with a focus on multilingual and culturally relevant content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Solid technical knowledge of design specifications, including static and motion media, along with design tools and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
• Experience managing project budgets, evaluating external proposals, and negotiating fees with agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Description
In this role, you will oversee the entire content creation and production process across multiple workstreams. Specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting the design team in creating and managing design systems at scale.
• Managing production timelines, project deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Establishing and managing cross-functional workflows, ensuring efficient communication and delivery across multiple global time zones.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges in the creative and production processes.
• Effectively managing stakeholder expectations when needed.
• Overseeing projects to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure high-quality creative output is delivered on time.
• Partnering with internal and external teams to ensure accurate implementation of deliverables, meeting deadlines, and flawless execution.
• Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and tracking spend.
• Coordinating business affairs and legal approvals when necessary.
