In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior CRO Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our technology department.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Generating and prioritizing AB tests to optimize the P&O website.
- Managing the CRO roadmap and delivering AB and multivariate tests across digital journeys.
- Conducting regular CRO and UX audits to improve customer journeys.
- Supporting day-to-day coordination with the CRO agency.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring

- Fundamental CRO knowledge and AB testing expertise.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, XT generation, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, and JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
