Outside IR35 Contract Opportunity: Senior Delivery Manager - Energy Trading

Hybrid (Edinburgh-based) 6-Month Contract £525/day (flexible for the right person)

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a business-critical trading platform programme for a key client in the energy sector. You'll guide the project from discovery through delivery, working hands-on with cross-functional teams and senior trading stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading multi-team delivery of a complex energy trading platform
• Defining project scope and aligning delivery with business goals
• Embedding Agile/Lean practices to optimise performance and outcomes
• Partnering with senior energy trading stakeholders to drive value
• Driving delivery innovation with effective tools, frameworks, and metrics

We're keen to speak to you if you have:

• Strong delivery leadership within energy, trading, or tech-heavy environments
• Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with deep stakeholder expertise
• Understanding of energy markets, regulations, and trading technologies

Hybrid working from Edinburgh with flexibility and autonomy.
