Key Responsibilities
- Manage Key Projects: Oversee the development and execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to our customers.
- Collaborate with Agile Teams: Work closely with PO, UX, QA, and development team to foster a collaborative environment that embraces agile methodologies and promotes continuous improvement.
- Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and analyse data to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Support Product Requirements: Assist in defining product requirements and specifications that reflect user needs and business objectives.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success and alignment with broader company initiatives.
- User Experience Oversight: Being guided by UX team, ensure that all product developments align with user experience goals, maintaining a seamless and intuitive user interface.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Liaise with the QA team to establish rigorous testing protocols, ensuring product reliability and performance.
- Development Process Streamlining: Work with the development team to streamline processes, reduce time-to-market, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders during projects, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Champion Innovation: encourage creative thinking and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies backed by data driven analysis
- Performance Metrics Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future enhancements.

- Experience: You have 5+ years in digital product management within the ecommerce domain.
- Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product plans.
- Data-Driven: You are adept at analysing data and using it to make informed decisions that drive product success.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Agile: You are familiar with agile practices and able to apply them to deliver high-quality products efficiently whilst balancing delivery with process.
- Problem Solver: You have a knack for identifying issues and devising effective solutions, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
