Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services

I am working with a highly regarded boutique Building Services Consultancy known for their precision-driven, high-end projects within the luxury retail sector. Renowned for fostering a supportive workplace culture, they offer exceptional opportunities for career growth and professional development.

The three Directors are now looking to expand their Electrical team by welcoming a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in an Engineering consultancy or contractor environment, with a strong focus on design.
The consultancy operates out of their London Bridge office and embraces a flexible working policy-typically four days in the office and one day working from home, usually on Fridays.

Their portfolio spans sectors such as high-end retail, bespoke luxury residential, commercial offices, and aviation. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering design solutions using tools like Amtech and AutoCAD. While MEP Revit is desirable, it's not essential, as the company has a well-established BIM department to support your projects.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to every project phase, from design to site experience, and eventually represent the business in Design Team Meetings (DTMs) with clients and contractors. This is not a role where you'll be a cog in the wheel-your contributions will be recognized and rewarded. Career progression is driven by your effort and impact.
